I’m Nerea Aller, an early childhood educator, passionate learner, and curious traveler.

My journey in Early Childhood Education 18 years ago, guided by a deep desire to nurture holistic development in children and families. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of learning and working in diverse countries (from Spain to Italy, Sweden, Chile, and Aotearoa) exploring a wide range of educational landscapes.

From initiating and co-leading holistic ECE services to teaching at university level and mentoring educators, my greatest joy lies in guiding others on the path of mindful observation, respectful intervention, and the creation of vibrant, meaningful environments.

I dream of connecting with educators and communities across the world, visiting inspiring projects, and amplifying the voices of those who embody a conscious and respectful vision of childhood. I carry with me the teachings of Malaguzzi, Pikler, Montessori, Steiner, Vygotsky, Neill, Rousseau, Wild, and many others… seeking to blend theory with life, and knowledge with heart.

For the past six years, Aotearoa has been home. Here, I’ve found a slower rhythm, a deeper connection to nature, and a renewed appreciation for community, cultural diversity, and indigenous wisdom.

Driven by eagerness to learn and guided by intuition, my purpose is clear: to keep pollinating ideas without borders, to honor my profession, and to remind society of the transformative power of children.
